Filtration:
We have a centrifuge for the most rudimentary cleaning of the wine, with a capacity of around 10,000 to 12,000 liters/hour, depending on the impurity.
We have two earth filters, one of 3 m2 to filter the wines coming out of the cooler and a 20 m2 for large quantities with an approximate performance of 35,000-40,000 liters/hour.
